Well thats two of them out of the way, one mountain and one marathon well and truely nailed!
Really hot conditions today for the Marrakech Marathon which started at 8.30am but by the end of it the temperature was well into the mid 20's and the last hour was really hard work.
But that's it another one crossed of the list and now the really hard work of training for the Comrades Race in South Africa in June starts...after a good few beers to celebrate the latest success anyway!
Luke and I will be departing and heading south in a couple of days to start the expedition proper.
Onwards boys!
